Whenever I’ve had a mimosa it’s always been accompanied by either a really good brunch, good company, or the word ‘bottomless’. Either way, it’s a beautifully refreshing cocktail with endless ways to make it suit your liking. This concoction in particular is great, like super great. The combination of the fresh orange and pineapple juice is simply perfect and tropical. Adding the twist of rose wine, instead of a classic Champagne base, makes this truly unique while still maintaining the quintessential bubbly nature of a mimosa.
Enjoy this simple recipe at your next brunch with besties and don’t worry about making it ‘bottomless’ – it’ll be our little secret!
