Tzatziki is an infamous Greek yogurt-based spread that’s both delicious on it’s on, spread over warm pita bread, or dipped onto your favorite stick of souvlaki (you know, any meat on a stick is just delicious!). Traditionally, this is made with freshly strained yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and sometimes fresh dill or lemon juice.
The refreshing crunch from the cucumber, fresh garlic, and deep flavor from the olive oil (remember, good quality olive oil is key!) makes this dip so yummy, you’ll want to put it on everything! I love how versatile tzatziki is and the best part – it’s SO easy to make your own!
Read on for how you can make your own tzatziki for your next Greek meal!
