This cocktail was enjoyed with great company, great vibes, and beautiful summer time weather! You too can recreate this same vibe at your next gathering with the Flirtini!
Summer is in full swing and this is such a great party drink as it’s so simple to make, only takes a few ingredients, and goes down easy – maybe a little too easy! This is one of those martinis that goes down so smooth, you’ll lose count of how many you’ve had until it really hits you! Be sure to opt for good quality vodka, DEFINTIELY good quality champagne (I mean, would the ladies of Sex and the City expect anything less?) and pure, 100% pineapple juice, instead of a pineapple juice cocktail, to control the sugar content.

Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka (I like Greygoose or Ciroc best!)
2 oz pure Pineapple Juice
Champagne
Fresh Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
Step 1:
Add vodka and pineapple juice to a martini shaker filled with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass.
Step 2:
Top martini glass with champagne and garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry – enjoy!
